Why We Built This Site
A booking entry, police report, court case, and fingerprint-based state history answer different questions. Pitt County residents can lose time by asking one custodian for a record kept by another. The aim is to bring verified office contacts, official portals, request steps, and known fees into a clear route. Local court files run through the Clerk of Superior Court, jail and sheriff records through New Hope Road, and a person's statewide repository review through the North Carolina SBI.

- We cannot promise that a fee, hour, address, or process has not changed
An official copy must come from the Pitt County Sheriff, the Clerk of Superior Court, the North Carolina SBI, or the agency that created the record.
